Terms of Service
Draft — pending legal review before production launch.
The service
FreePageNow lets you generate and publish a website for your business using AI, on a free hosted subdomain, subject to the usage limits shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard. We do not guarantee unlimited free usage at any scale.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide. You may not use FreePageNow to publish illegal content, impersonate another business or person, or make fraudulent, medical, or legal claims. We may suspend a website that violates this.
Acceptable use
Automated abuse of the AI generation system, attempts to bypass usage quotas or rate limits, and attempts to compromise the security of the platform are prohibited.
Account suspension
We may suspend a site or account that violates these terms, is subject to abuse reports, or exceeds usage limits, after which the affected site stops serving publicly.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be noted here.
